Mayeswara’s Massive Misinformation

To all ISKCON GBC’s, officers, managers, temple leaders:Do you know how arrogant, toxic, inaccurate, dishonest, and misleading the GBC’s appointed spokesperson, Mayeswara das, is? …for denying 100% of the evidence that Srila Prabhupada was maliciously, homicidally poisoned by his own caretakers in 1977? Mayeswara is all hot air and worse than the proverbial “lying lawyer.” He is dragging your reputations through the gutter with his off-the-wall and crazy statements- please read the following so you may have a chance to disassociate yourselves from someone who is putting you into disgrace as well as legal jeopardy. Prabhupada Truth Commission has published many books and white papers aimed at rectifying the widespread deviations from and misinterpretations of Srila Prabhupada’s original teachings and the insidious corruption of the basic spiritual principles of Srila Prabhupada’s Divine mission. It also aims to provide sincere Vaishnavas the truth and real ISKCON history about the personal ambition in ISKCON’s gurocracy, which has spoiled the purity and sanctity of Srila Prabhupada’s instructions, books. ISKCON’s leaders have deceitfully and dishonestly covered up and denied all the evidence of Srila Prabhupada’s physical poisoning in 1977, giving shelter to those who committed this atrocious crime, and thus the entire institution has become implicated by aiding and abetting. Unfortunately, participation in ISKCON now makes one complicit in the supreme offense of poisoning the pure devotee of the Lord. All secondary and tertiary leaders in ISKCON are now subsidiaries of a criminal organization, (1) denying the poisoning of their own Founder-Acharya, (2) concealing the widespread past and present child physical and sexual abuse, and (3) directly enabling the criminal, fraudulent activities of cheating, embezzling gurus and the misguidance of congregations. A list of charges will soon follow as civil, criminal, and class-action (public interest) litigations. Once exposed, all the filth will come out into the open. ISKCON’s fraudulent cover-ups of Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning began as soon as the audio evidence surfaced in 1997 and they have continued unabated ever since, with increasingly absurd denials and bluff to hoodwink its members and congregations. At least 9 truthful books have been published of the facts and evidence which have proven and established Srila Prabhupada’s heavy metal, malicious, and homicidal poisoning. ISKCON has produced two books denying the voluminous mountain of evidence, even claiming there is NO EVIDENCE to support this conclusion! The first book, titled Not That I Am Poisoned (NTIAP), is filled with hyperbole, fraud, and deceit, produced in secret by the prime poisoning suspects, and then unanimously endorsed by the GBC of ISKCON in year 2000.However, “knowing that NTIAP implicates them in the cover-up of the crime, the ISKCON GBC has for many years made the book unavailable…” (Srila Prabhupada is Shastra) In mid-2024 NTIAP could not be found on the internet, including ISKCON and GBC sites. This indicates the GBC prefers that persons not hear from Srila Prabhupada, “an elderly Bengali Vaishnava,” about his disappearance pastime, but also wants to hide this topic completely, and they now are fearing legal kickback by even making NTIAP available at all. Previously the GBC recommended one learn about Srila Prabhupada’s disappearance pastime. (GBC 2000 resolutions) “The GBC body endorses the book Not That I Am Poisoned as the most detailed and comprehensive exposition of these allegations to date, and it recommends this book strongly to devotees who may have been affected by or who are interested in this issue.” The second book was produced in 2020 by Mayeswara das, a frenetic, blustery, and crude person, who was unofficially anointed and empowered by the GBC to organize pushback of the poisoning evidence, and was titled Deception: The Poison Conspiracy. Many have found thisbook to be a scrambled hodge-podge of wild opinions, hot air, mixed with bad science, full of glaring “errors,” almost indecipherable, and which deceitfully circumvents the actual truths andfacts. Mayeswara das also produced a dodgy video with little substance and much obfuscation, boasting about his credentials and fooling the innocent by twisting the evidence in endless, tricky word games and insults. The GBC and Mayeswara repeat their same-old, tired, and flawed talking points, even in the face of JFSRF’s recent forensic-toxicological-medico-legal study/report which unequivocably confirms Srila Prabhupada’s homicidal poisoning in 1977. MAYESWARA’S MASSIVE MISINFORMATION is addressed below in clarificationsbased on truth, real facts, and real science. MAYESWARA’S MASSIVE MISINFORMATION # ONE: THE CADMIUM CAME FROM TAINTED AYURVEDIC MEDICINES, ETCMayeswara stated in Deception, p.246: “What we will explore here is a [sic] of ways that might explain for those high [cadmium] readings in the samples tested by Dr. Morris.” He suggests pollution in Calcutta and Los Angeles, weeds and trucks in India, snuff, mustard seeds, intraoral dental alloys, and the many medicines that Srila Prabhupada supposedly took in 1977.REPLY: There is a false assumption that Srila Prabhupada took large amounts of Ayurvedic and Allopathic medicines in 1976-77, but he did not do so, and he actually routinely refused to take the Allopathic medicines that were prescribed. He also did not take any of the Ayurvedic medicines that were tested in recent studies and found to have slightly elevated cadmium levels. During his last 18 months, Srila Prabhupada took only a few Ayurvedic medicines. (1) He took Yogendra Ras (which has mercury as an essential ingredient) until Nov. 1976, and then again in April-June 1977 for 2 months. But the mercury in all of Srila Prabhupada’s hair tests were NORMAL. (2) In March 1977 Srila Prabhupada briefly took some Somara-rasayana, which has no heavy metals as ingredients.(3) Before March 1977, he took no Ayurvedic medicines except Yogendra Ras. Hair Sample D with 19.9 ppm cadmium (300 X normal) was cut around March 8 and reflects his blood contents for the prior month, when very little (if any) Ayurvedic medicines were taken. Thus, Sample D rules out Ayurvedic medicines being the source of his ultra-high cadmium. And afterMarch 1977 he took Allopathic or Ayurvedic medicines only for very short periods (if he took them at all).(4) On Oct. 25-26, 1977 Srila Prabhupada took only 2-3 doses

Interpretations On Srila Prabhupada’s Cadmium Levels

Those with vested interests in the continued status quo of deviations from and corruption of Srila Prabhupada’s teachings and divine intentions for ISKCON, have, since 1997, denied and covered up the massive and convincing evidence that Srila Prabhupada was homicidally poisoned by his caretakers in 1977 and that ISKCON was hijacked by a gurocracy under cover of a guru appointment hoax. These dishonest and ill-motivated persons have tried to discredit the cadmium poisoning evidence with illogical, unscientific insinuations that are intended to create doubts and confusion rather than clarify history or facts. These “poisoning-denier” persons typically argue the following:1. Hair analysis is not a reliable science so Dr. Morris’ MURR hair tests are inconclusive. FACT: Hair analysis is a valid, widely accepted and accurate scientific method.2. The chain of custody of the MURR tested hair samples is questionable. FACT: At every step of the chain of custody of the MURR hair samples, the ISKCON GBC had control and oversight, and the transfer of samples from U. Wisc. To MURR was done directly by Fedex.3. MURR does not know how to do proper NAA hair testing. FACT: MURR is a world-class NAA testing facility that is fully trusted and capable of very accurate NAA tests.4. Cadmium is not an historical nor suitable method of homicidal poisoning. FACT: Cadmium salts are a camouflage poison and have been used often in political assassinations.5. No one around Srila Prabhupada in 1976-77 could possibly be a poisoner. FACT: Srila Prabhupada was homicidally poisoned, regardless by whom, which is a secondary issue.6. Lord Krishna would protect His pure devotee from being poisoned. FACT: Christ was crucified, Prahlad and Mirabai were poisoned, this is a philosophical discussion.7. The poisoning theory is contrived by ritviks, envious and anti-ISKCON persons. FACT: Whoever subscribes to the facts, the facts are still facts.8. When Srila Prabhupada spoke of being poisoned, it was his paranoia and senility. FACT: This is offensive to the pure devotee, and does not change the hair test results.9. Srila Prabhupada was tired of the pain and suffering of his health decline and asked for “medicine to die now.” FACT: This is Tamal’s narrative that has never been explained, it is not on tape, and it is a ludicrous idea to commit suicide with cadmium anyway.10. Abhirama and others were present in 1977 and saw no signs of poisoning. FACT: The poisoning was not witnessed by others, and this does not negate the hair test results.11. ISKCON leaders and even those suspected of the poisoning can be trusted when they supposedly investigated the poison theory and found zero evidence that it was true. FACT: The ISKCON GBC has a history of corruption and cover-ups, including of their child abuse. Research of scientific literatures and hair test studies has led to definition of FIVE levels of cadmium toxicity as related to Srila Prabhupada’s case. ONE: NORMAL UNEXPOSED HAIR CADMIUM LEVELS NORMAL SOCIETAL HAIR CADMIUM LEVELS (UNEXPOSED PERSONS): 0.064 ppmThe normal average levels (NAL) of hair cadmium in human society is about 0.064 ppm, derived from thorough research and the 19 studies below, which ascertain an “average normal” hair cadmium level in unexposed persons to be about 1/16th of one ppm. There are variations due to lifestyle, environment, nearby industries. Normal levels have no adverse effect on human health, regardless of age, short-term, mid-term, or long-term. NORMAL, UNEXPOSED SUBJECT CADMIUM STUDIES:(1) Laurie Miller, Center for Disease Control (CDC), has a thick manual on cadmium poisoning, putting average normal hair cadmium at 0.07 ppm (Sharma, et al, 1982).(2) Analytical Research Laboratories, Phoenix, AZ disclosed that their approx. one million clients’ hair analyses averaged at about 0.06 ppm (0.02-0.10 ppm).                                                                                                                                                                                (3) Dr. J. R. Montonte of Trace Minerals International in Cleveland uses a normal for hair cadmium at 0.10 ppm.                      (4) Dr. Max Sutton, Hill Laboratories, CA uses a reference range for cadmium in hair of 0.0-0.15 ppm (average 0.075 ppm).          (5) A 1994 study by Wolfsperger M, et al of 79 healthy adults in Vienna & Rome found an average of 0.038 ppm cadmium in non-smoker’s hair (about double for smokers).(6) 1999 study, Liu XJ (Japan) compared hair cadmium of 0.109 ppm in residents of a cadmium polluted area in 1979 to 0.055 ppm levels in 1999 after soil cleanup replacement.(7) A study in 1988 by Wilhelm M, et al in Germany of school children in different areas found hair cadmium levels ranging 0.0637-0.1161 ppm (average 0.0745 ppm).(8) A 1990 study by Wilhelm M, et al at Germany’s Institute of Toxicology measured normal cadmium hair levels at 0.060–0.085 ppm (average 0.072 ppm).(9) A study in 1991 by Wilhelm M, et al in Germany found young children to have an average of 0.09 ppm hair cadmium in their hair.(10) A 2003 study by Benes B, Sladka J, et al in Czech Republic measured cadmium levels in the hair of 3556 children. The medium amount of cadmium was 0.14 ppm.(11) A study in 2003 in Slovenia by Erzen I, et al measured the median cadmium content in the hair of 245 random young men to be only 0.004 ppm.(12) A study in 1994 by Wilhelm M, et al in Germany found 0.111 ppm hair cadmium in a control group of children. (13) A Spain 1991 hair cadmium study by Bosque MA, et al of 226 children compared average results from an industrial area (0.327 ppm) with a rural area of 0.002

Essential Poison Conversations With Srila Prabhupada

Being a pharmacist, chemist, enlightened soul, and mystic clairvoyant, Srila Prabhupada knew he was poisoned and stated this three times on audio recordings. NOVEMBER 9:SP: (Beng) Suddenly I fell sick. Everything was all right, I don’t know what happened. Is work going on well?                          Balarama Misra: (Beng) Yes.SP: (Beng) (Someone said that poison has been given… may be true.)Balarama Misra: Hmm? Kaviraja: (Hindi) What are you saying?SP: (Hindi) Somebody says that someone has given poison.Kaviraja: (Hindi) To whom? SP: (Hindi) (To me.)Kaviraja: (Hindi; 07:28) Who told that?SP: (Hindi) All these friends.BCS (Bhakticharu): (Beng) Who said that Srila Prabhupada?SP: (Beng) They all say. TAMAL: Krishna das?).Kaviraja: (Hindi) Who would give you poison? And why?TAMAL: (07:35) Who said that, Srila Prabhupada?SP: I do not know, but it is said. (Bells ringing)Devotee whispers: (07:53-57) …it’s Poison. Later:Kaviraja: (Hindi; Time 25.15) This thing Maharaja. How did you say today that someone said somebody gave you poison? Did anyone tell or you got some indication somewhere?)SP: (Hindi) No, someone said that these kind of symptoms manifest if someone is poisoned. Maybe there is such a mention in some book.Kaviraja: (Hindi) Yes I know that such things happen if raw mercury is administered. Or there are some other things also which can cause such illness. But who will do such a thing to a Godly person like you. According to me if someone has such thoughts for you then he is a rakshasa/ demon. Later:TAMAL: Srila Prabhupada? You said before that you… that it is said that you were poisoned?SP: No, these kind of symptoms are seen when a man is poisoned. He said like that, not that I am poisoned.TAMAL: Yeah. Did anyone tell you that, or you just know it from before? SP: I read something.TAMAL: Ah, I see. That’s why actually we cannot allow anyone to cook for you.                                                                                  SP: That’s good.TAMAL: Jayapataka Maharaja was telling that one acharya, Sankaracharya, of the Sankaracharya line – this is a while ago – he was poisoned to death. Since that time, none of the acharyas or the gurus of the Sankaracharya line will ever take any food cooked except by their own men.                                                                                                                                                                SP: My Guru Maharaja also.TAMAL: Oh. You, of course, have been so merciful that sometimes you would take prasada cooked by so many different people.SP: That should be stopped. NOVEMBER 10:Bhakticharu (BCS): (Beng) What was that problem? Mental distress?SP: Hmmm.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Kaviraja: (Hindi) Say, say.SP: (Hindi) That same thing – that someone has poisoned me.BCS: (Hindi) Oh, okay, he thinks that someone….Kaviraja ((Hindi): Listen, this is the understanding that some demon (may) have given (poison)… Charu Swami… some demon has given [poison].                                                                                                                                                                                          BCS: Someone gave him poisonhere.Kaviraj: Charu Swami…                                                                                                                                                                                                BCS: Yes.Kaviraj: (Hindi) This can happen. It’s not impossible. Sankaracharya was there, someone gave him poison. For six months he suffered. There is glass you know? Bottle glass? It was ground and fed in food. What befell him; after twelve months leprosy spread inside his body. Everyone suffers their karma. But the medicine I have given, the poison cannot stay. I give a guarantee, that even if there are effects, they will not stay. Because right now I cannot detect [poison] has been given to him. If it is found that his kidneys go bad, then it could be by sickness or astrological reason or by poison.TAMAL: Prabhupada was thinking that someone had poisoned him?BCS: Yes.

Cadmium Poisoning Is Not Unknown Or Unprecedented

ISKCON’s GBC and their apologists insist that the notion Srila Prabhupada was poisoned homicidally with cadmium is ludicrous for another two reasons:  (1). cadmium poisoning was unknown and undocumented in 1977,(2). there are no known cadmium poisoning cases to date. It is true that aside from those who develop cancer or kidney failure after many years of environmental or occupational exposure, quick death from cadmium poisoning is rare. Most human cadmium studies and case histories involved industrial-environmental exposure or long-term occupational, low-level chronic poisoning. The body of medical literature does show cadmium to be a rare poisoning agent. But because it is rather rare, does not mean it cannot happen. Actually, using cadmium salts to poison someone is very feasible, and we have uncovered many examples. This list is not comprehensive nor complete. Cadmium is very poisonous and can kill very effectively and secretly. Muriatic acid leaches cadmium from nickel-cadmium batteries. And cadmium salts are readily available by mail order and chemistry labs. By the 1940’s cadmium became fairly prolific in modern industrialized society and accidental cadmium poisoning occurred frequently, and it was soon understood as very poisonous. Cadmium poisoning studies began with Friberg/1950, Bonnell/1955, and cadmium’s causing critical, life-threatening kidney malfunction was well known by 1977. Most cadmiumpoisoning studies focus on hazardous occupational or environmentally contaminated situations, such as, for example, factory pollution in southern Poland. It appears various government intelligence agencies such as the FSB, CIA, Mossad, etc. have taken to the use of rare poisons like cadmium. Below are 18 instances of non-environmental and homicidal cadmium poisoning cases. There are many more. NON-ENVIRONMENTAL CADMIUM POISONING CASES (1). Turgut Ozal, the President of Turkey (1989-1993), at 66 years old, died suddenly on Apr 17, 1993 at an Ankara hospital. A suspicious heart attack indicated an assassination plot by deliberate poisoning. Turgut Ozal’s remains were exhumed on Oct. 2, 2012. According to a leaked autopsy report, doctors found a high level of “strychnine creatine”  -a powerful poison thatleads to respiratory arrest in 20 minutes and could cause a heart attack. For years his wife claimed he was poisoned. The autopsy report was given to the authorities but was destroyed, test results went missing, and an inquiry interrupted. The Kurdish separatists repeatedly stated Ozal was poisoned by the Turkish special services. Nov. 26, 2012 it was reported that an autopsy by pathologists of his exhumed remains revealed the presence of four poisons. The banned insecticide DDT was at 10 times the normal level. “Experts also detected the presence of cadmium, a chemical element, in his body. In addition, experts also found the radioactive elements americium, a transuranic radioactive chemical element, and polonium. According to the experts, his body was weakened with americium and polonium over a long period of time, and with the use of DDT [and cadmium], ingested in food or drink, his death was accelerated.”https://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/report-body-former-turkish-leader-shows-signs-poisoning-flna1c7245150 (2). On Aug. 8, 1995, the funeral for a prominent Moscow businessman was attended by the Russian prime minister and noted dignitaries. Ivan Kivelidi and his secretary were secretly killed with cadmium smeared on a telephone and in their tea. Over 500 Mafia killings have taken place of local businessmen, many by poisoning. They were killed with cadmium smeared on a phone and in their tea.https://www.nytimes.com/1995/08/09/world/moscow-journal-to-the-business-risks-in-russia-add-poisoning.html (3). John Harris Trestrail III, of the Center for the Study of Criminal Poisoning, in his database of 900 poisonings worldwide, documented one case of murder by cadmium. (4). Two youths aged 14 and 15 administered cadmium chloride mixed in an orange drink to eleven children. They suffered from sickness and blurred vision, but no one died. The younger boy intended to poison the children. The chemical was stolen from a UK Education Authority.July 23, 1981: From Yorkshire Post (5). John Creamer, 46, was arrested Dec. 19, 2002 in Tampa, Florida and indicted for first-degree murder in his wife’s death after Dr. Gore concluded that Jayne Creamer, 37, died Feb. 17,2002, from a lethal mix of cadmium, alcohol and Xanax. “Cadmium toxicity and the death resulting from that is extremely rare,” Gore said. “This is my first case. We are dealing here with a combination. So it’s not the pure cadmium, but I’ve given the cause of death as combination of cadmium, alcohol and Xanax. The combination would cause suppression of the respiratory center.” John Creamer came under suspicion because the couple had a history of domestic disputes and had been a suspect but was never charged in the 1988 beating death of Sherri Koons, his common-law wife. Searching his home, deputies found three containers of cadmium, including some in a bathroom medicine cabinet. Before her death, Jayne Creamer had told her sisters, hairdresser and others she feared her husband had been poisoning her. Detectives accused him of slipping cadmium into his wife’s drink during a romantic getaway, but charges later were reluctantly dropped.https://www.tampabay.com/archive/2002/12/19/pinellas-man-held-in-wife-s-poisoning/ (6). In early 2019 a California chemical engineer, David Xu, 32, was charged with lacing a colleague’s water bottle with cadmium, which was not fatal. His act was caught on videorecording.https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2019/04/03/months-she-kept-getting-sick-work-then-she-watched-surveillance-video-coworker-spiking-her-drink/ (7). Cadmium (7 X normal) is one of the toxic substances that Italian prosecutors detected in the blood of Imane Fadil after her death from organ failure in hospital. The 33-year-old Moroccan-born model had been a key witness in the “bunga bunga” sex party trial of former Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi. She died in hospital in Milan on March 1, 2019, and suspicions that she was poisoned are under investigation. She shared suspicions she had been poisoned after falling gravely ill in Jan. 2019. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-47667129 (8). Robert W Hall describes a postmortem laboratory analysis of the suboccipital proximal hair of Patrick H. Sherrill, who, on Aug. 20, 1986, committed mass murder, and then committed suicide. Akathisia, alcohol, and prior psychiatric history were eliminated as possible explanations of his behavior. The analysis, however, revealed significantly elevated levels of cadmium and lead. An underlying, immunotoxic biochemical pathology due

Hair Analysis Is A Reliable Indicator

The GBC appointed Balavanta das in 1997 to investigate the “poison issue,” and he arranged for MURR and Dr. J S Morris to test a sample of Srila Prabhupada’s hair. When it became publicized that the result showed a 20 times normal level of arsenic, the poison suspects organized a book of denials called Not That I Am Poisoned, including claims that hair analysis was quack science and unreliable. Strangely, they still arranged for two more of Srila Prabhupada’s hair samples to be sent to MURR and Dr. Morris for testing. When those test results showed that Srila Prabhupada had lethal levels of cadmium for at least 10 months in 1977, then the GBC criticized MURR’s methodology and the science of hair analysis further. This reveals the GBC to be dishonest, corrupt, and untruthful, even denying recognized science in their desperate avoidance of the issue that will end their deviant regime. Below are a few references to confirm the validity and accuracy of hair analysis in ascertaining poisoning with heavy metals. (1). The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) published an authoritative study in 1979 in which more than 400 reports on hair testing were reviewed. The authors concluded that hair is a “meaningful and representative tissue for biological monitoring of most of the toxic metals.” (2). The Great Smokies Diagnostic Laboratories states: “There are numerous papers on the accuracy and efficacy of hair testing, particularly for toxic metals such as mercury. For more than 30 years, the significance of measuring element concentrations in scalp hair, blood, and urine has been studied.”  (3). A 1986 study by V Bencko, T Geist, et al called “Biological monitoring of environmental pollution and human exposure to some trace elements” states: “In addition to analyses of plant and animal specimens, the element content of human hair as an indicator of exposures to arsenic, mercury, cadmium, lead, antimony, manganese, nickel and cobalt has been repeatedly confirmed as reliable, provided the analyses were carried out and evaluated on group diagnostic basis and were done in groups of individuals occupationally not exposed to these metals.”  (4). From Nutri-Test Analytical in Edmonton, we read: “Blood, urine and hair are the most accessible tissues in which to measure elements in our body, and they are sometimes referred to as indicator tissues. Blood and urine concentrations usually reflect recent exposure and correlate best with acute effects. Hair is useful in assessing variations in exposure to metals over the long term. It is a useful tool for… diagnosis of heavy metal exposure…” (5). A 1980 study by JS Lee and KL White called “A review of the health effects of cadmium” found that “hair values correlate well with exposure” to cadmium, whereas blood values did not. (6). A 1979 study published by the EPA by DW Jenkins called “Toxic metals in mammalian hair and nails” found that “hair analysis, when properly performed, is a reliable measure of tissue levels of cadmium.” (7). A 1973 study by RW Thatcher et al called “Effects of low levels of cadmium and lead, etc” found that “hair analysis is superior to blood in reflecting long term cadmium exposure.” (8). WIKIPEDIA: (2015) “Tests on hair and fingernails can measure exposure to high levels of arsenic over the past 6–12 months. These tests can determine if one has been exposed to above-average levels of arsenic… Hair is a potential bio indicator for arsenic exposure due to its ability to store trace elements from blood. Incorporated elements maintain their position during growth of hair.”
